SFC: PHASE 1
• Chicken Island Parking Lot turned into a 9-story indoor mall with ballpark on the 9th-floor roof and two 50-story condominium towers.
• Two 25-story condominiums on the waterfront to the south of the Yonkers Train Station. Narrow public esplanade on the water.
• Cacace Center - 150-room hotel and office building on Nepperhan Avenue between Broadway and New Main Street.
ALEXANDER STREET MASTER PLAN
The city’s overall plan for the waterfront from the Beczak Center to the JFK Marina. Up to 3,800 apartments and 6,000 parking spaces. 18 buildings 12 - 30 stories tall.
YONKERS POWER PLANT
In private hands. Possible condominiums. No public access.
COLLINS PROJECT
12 and 14 story rental buildings west of the Yonkers Train Station. Five story private parking garage. Currently under construction. Public esplanade.
NEPPERHAN VALLEY
The redesign of the entire Nepperhan Valley-Ashburton Avenue corridor. Designs not yet public.
LUDLOW PARK AREA
Residential buildings, Retail Establishments along Ludlow Street. Designs not yet public.
